Actuary - Canada Casualty Pricing - Hybrid job at DW Simpson Brooklyn, NY, US

Job Description

Join a global company with a reach in more than 200 countries! Our client is a well-known P&C business that is looking for an ACAS or FCAS with 5+ years of experience to become their next Actuary - Canada Casualty Pricing. While this role works with Canadian pricing, you will have the option to work either from Canada (preferred) or the US! This position is highly visible and will have the critical responsibility of monitoring profitability for Canadian profit centers. You will also work directly with upper management to set rate targets for each year. Other duties include providing actuarial advice to management, developing structure that aid with rate adequacy, and ensuring there is a consistent approach to pricing assessments and models. The best fit will have a background in pricing and be comfortable speaking directly to senior leaders. Having Canadian experience is a big plus. (#57306)
