Job Description

We’re passionate about designing and delivering top-notch digital experiences for our clients — and their customers — and helping them create efficiencies using data and technology. But what’s most important about us is that we have a diverse team of experts all dedicated to getting clients from goals to outcomes — and that’s where you come in.

This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA and will require a hybrid work schedule. Applicants must live or be willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.

G2O is looking for an experienced Senior Adobe Campaign Manager to join our team. We are seeking a professional with a strong background in CRM platforms, particularly with extensive experience in Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM). This role is crucial in building internal expertise and ensuring seamless continuity as our CRM program transitions from the marketing team to the digital team. If you are passionate about leveraging ACM to drive strategic initiatives and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply and be part of our innovative journey.

Role/Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop, plan, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate campaign tasks with internal teams (e.g., database, creative, IT) and external partners to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Interpret business and marketing requirements to translate them into campaign data requirements and actionable workflows.

Campaign Development and Optimization:

  • Build, execute, and deliver accurate audience data for campaigns, leveraging segmentation, targeting, and personalization features in Adobe Campaign.
  • Design and manage campaign workflows, including A/B testing, drip campaigns, and multi-channel execution (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Optimize campaigns in-flight by monitoring performance metrics, budget pacing, and making adjustments to improve results.

Technical Implementation and Data Management:

  • Configure and maintain Adobe Campaign environments, including customer and recipient schemas, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Use SQL, HTML, and JavaScript to create queries, validate data, and develop reusable campaign templates.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing automation or CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

Reporting, Analysis, and Quality Assurance:

  • Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks before campaign launches to ensure deliverability, compliance, and optimal customer experience.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for optimization.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on campaign status, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Advise clients and internal teams on best practices, technical considerations, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Train and support team members or local market users on Adobe Campaign features and best practices.

Improvement and Compliance:

  • Stay updated on the latest Adobe Campaign features, industry trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy).
  • Document processes, maintain campaign toolkits, and contribute to operational improvements and future platform enhancements.

Required and Desired Experience/Skills :

Adobe Campaign Manager:

  • Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution, and quality control.
  • Manage the campaign process in compliance with the contractual Service Level Agreements.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team, and communicate status.
  • Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually.
  • Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues, and report status to the Account Management team.
  • Obtain client signoff on campaign specification document and train other team members to perform campaign orchestration duties.

More about G2O:

We’re different than other companies at G2O. We blend the research and design, technology, and data expertise to deliver the solutions our clients crave — and we do all of this as one in-house team, from vision to execution. We’re also the largest company of our kind

based in Ohio to do this — and have been evolving how we do it for 40 years.

Individually, we bring a wealth of experience from diverse backgrounds — personally and in business. We’re a diverse and passionate team of leaders and experts in technology, data,

analytics, design, content, and more. But we think we’re best when we put our minds together. Each person brings something distinct to our team — some unique flavor to their background or their experience. That makes for stronger collaboration — and elevates the outcomes for our clients.

Are you ready to collaborate to greatness with us?
