Job Description

Job Description

Studio Anda is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Miami. We design and deliver high-end single-family residences in South Florida and The Bahamas. Every home is custom. Every detail matters.

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Project Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the development and delivery of high-end custom residences from design development through construction administration. You’ll coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll work side by side with the firm’s Principal and have direct access to decisions, not layers of intermediaries.

You’ll be the day-to-day lead on some of the most meaningful projects in the office.

This is a true project-ownership role.

This role is based in Miami, FL and operates in a hybrid model. For an exceptional candidate with directly relevant custom single-family experience, we’re open to discussing flexible arrangements.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Principal and design team to carry the approved schematic design through construction documents
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project
  • Own the development of architectural drawings and technical documentation (permit, bidding, and construction sets, including specifications) from design development through construction administration
  • Research and interpret local zoning, building codes, and permitting requirements, and ensure compliance in all deliverables
  • Coordinate and review the work of consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interiors, etc.) and drive alignment across disciplines
  • Prepare permitting packages and interface with building officials during permitting and construction
  • Conduct on-site reviews, attend field meetings, and participate in construction observation
  • Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent
  • Perform ongoing QA/QC to maintain both design quality and technical accuracy
  • Track progress, anticipate issues, and keep projects moving

Who You Are

  • Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • You’ve led (or meaningfully owned) a high-end custom single-family residential project from schematic design through permitting and into construction administration. Most people who succeed in this role have ~5+ years of relevant experience, but if you’ve done that level of ownership sooner, we want to hear from you.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to produce and organize drawing sets at a high level of clarity
  • Comfortable directing consultants and giving guidance to internal teammates
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple scopes or multiple projects in parallel
  • Proactive—you don’t wait to be told what the next step is, you’re already doing it
  • Clear communicator who can translate between design vision, technical detail, and client priorities
  • Collaborative, professional, and motivated by great design and great execution

Nice to Have

  • Architectural license (or actively on the path to licensure)
  • Proficiency with Lumion or similar rendering tools
  • Experience with high-end interior architecture / interior design packages

What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months

  • You’re running day-to-day coordination on one or more ground-up custom residences
  • Clients and consultants see you as the point person on the project
  • Our drawing sets and specs are tighter, cleaner, and more consistent because of you
  • The Principal can spend more time setting vision because you’ve earned trust in delivery

Salary/Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience and capability
  • Full-time benefits including medical, vision, and dental
  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Hybrid work model with flexibility for focused work

To be considered for this position, please email your resume and a PDF portfolio of relevant work (15MB max) to apply@studioanda.com .

All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization. We’re an equal opportunity employer.
