Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Location: Lake Mary, Florida Employment Type: Full Time Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (Based off experience) About the Role We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support field and office operations on a major ground-up multifamily development in Lake Mary. You will support the PM, organize documentation, manage submittals, RFIs, closeout items, reporting, and keep project information moving. This is NOT an entry-level or office admin role, you need real APM experience on active construction projects. Must Have Experience You should have: Assistant Project Manager experience on multifamily or similar large construction projects (We will review adjacent experience (student housing, senior living, large condo, hospitality, etc.) if you can show similar project scale and complexity in Florida or comparable markets.) Experience working in Florida (required) Confidence supporting PMs, supers, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams Strong coordination, scheduling, documentation, and reporting experience Experience managing submittals, RFIs, logs, and closeout documentation Experience with Procore or similar software Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred What You Will Do Support PM and field leadership from start to finish Maintain project documentation and logs Manage submittals, RFIs, and coordination with architects and engineers Assist with procurement, scheduling, and trade coordination Track inspections, reporting, and project communication Assist with closeout documents, warranties, change orders, and turnover packages Use project management and scheduling tools effectively Why This Is a Strong Fit You want hands-on APM responsibility, not just paperwork You want long-term stability and a strong Florida pipeline You enjoy organizing information, solving problems, and keeping momentum You want a real chance to learn from PM leadership and grow into more responsibility over time Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 DOE Medical, dental, and vision PTO and company holidays 401(k) with company match Long-term growth, training, and career development Stable company, strong Florida market presence, supportive culture How to Apply If you are an experienced Assistant Project Manager with Florida multifamily experience , apply directly here OR email me.
