Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Clean & Clear Advantage, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our growing team!

As a BHT, you will play a vital role in our clients' success, working directly with them and supporting our clinical staff. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and dedicated to upholding our high standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and assistance to clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Act as a crucial liaison between clients and clinical staff, effectively communicating client needs and requests.
• Support clinical staff in various capacities to ensure smooth program operations.
• Assist in providing ongoing Twelve Step support to residents.
• Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of program facilities, including maintaining a clean work area and supervising residents in keeping their living spaces neat.
• Maintain a professional level of conduct consistent with Clean & Clear Advantage, LLC's standards.
• Obtain and accurately record resident vital signs per shift.
• Conduct floor rounds every 60 minutes to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Actively participate in all scheduled staff meetings.
• Maintain clear and concise written logs detailing clients' activities.
• Remind, redirect, and report clients who do not adhere to rules or regulations.
• Transport clients to the facility, appointments, stores, meetings, and other scheduled destinations as directed.
• Assist with other duties as requested by the BHT Lead or COO to ensure comprehensive client care and facility operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated understanding of client and facility safety protocols.
• Solid understanding of chemical dependency and the recovery process.
• Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the specifications and directives of Clean & Clear Advantage, LLC.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills are essential.

Supervision:

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) will report directly to the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor.
