Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Monitor company checking accounts, deposits, ACH transactions, cash balances, and credit card activity
• Review and process all Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Gold invoices
• Track employee time punches, PTO, and attendance through the time clock system
• Administer and maintain 401(k), health, dental, and life insurance plans
• Process payroll for 75–85 employees using ADP, including payroll tax filings and estimated tax payments
• Prepare and manage year-end reporting documents such as 1099s, 1095s, and W-9s
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support financial operations
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role
• ADP Payroll a MUST HAVE
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
