Get to Know This Role As the Site Brewery Experience Brand Manager, you will manage and execute the guest experience strategy at SNBC. Your responsibilities include developing premium experiences and events that enhance our brand and foster loyalty. You will oversee retail, tours, onsite events, and reception areas, collaborating closely with F&B leadership to ensure consistent guest experiences across all touchpoints. This role involves managing budgets and working with the marketing team to align with our brand vision. What You Will Do Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Brewery Experience teams to ensure onsite experiences reflect Sierra Nevada’s standards and brand identity. Manage administrative duties including financial statements, expense analysis, payments, invoices, and payroll, with process improvements as needed. Create KPI reports with Guest Experience and F&B leaders to monitor performance and profitability. Partner with Innovation and Marketing teams to implement a loyalty program that attracts high-value customers. Apply industry best practices and innovation to enhance guest experiences across all areas. Engage and motivate the Guest Experience team through communication, growth opportunities, and recognition. Optimize internal processes, identify weaknesses, and develop systems to improve growth and efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering teamwork and ownership among staff. Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, is required. This position is based in Mills River, NC. Qualifications You should have: A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of marketing experience. Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles. Experience leading diverse teams for at least 3 years. 1 year of brand management experience. Experience overseeing P&L statements. Previous experience in onsite events, hospitality, guest services, or food and beverage is preferred. Additional Skills and Requirements You should be able to: Collaborate effectively across organizational functions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Understand guest experience and F&B operations thoroughly. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity. Lead, motivate, and develop teams with coaching skills.
