Xenia Health and Rehab is seeking a Business Office Manager with HR responsibilities to support both administrative and employee-related operations. This role supports a fast-paced building with a strong clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage billing, AP/AR, and month-end financials
• Handle HR functions including onboarding, employee files, and payroll coordination
• Assist staff with HR questions and benefits support
• Maintain DOH and CMS compliance within HR processes
• Work with the leadership team to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications
• Skilled nursing facility experience required
• Strong financial, billing, and HR knowledge
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
