Job Description:

Trim-A-Seal Home Improvements is seeking motivated individuals to join our staff! Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual with a passion for helping homeowners? Trim A Seal, a trusted name in home improvements , is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team! As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in our top-quality sunsetter awning, windows, doors, roofing, siding, and gutter protection solutions . If you have excellent communication skills, love speaking with people, and want to be part of a team that rewards performance-this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule free in-home consultations
✅ Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for our sales team
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries about our products/services
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential customers
✅ Meet and exceed daily/weekly goals for calls and appointments

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
✔ Call center or sales experience preferred (but not required)
✔ Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
✔ Basic computer skills and experience using a CRM system is a plus
✔ Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings & weekends
