A well-established cemetery in Easley, SC is seeking an experienced Cemetery General Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple cemetery properties, including three mausoleums.

This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining grounds, and overseeing all sales and service activities with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

-Direct daily operations for cemetery and mausoleum properties.

-Manage and train cemetery counselors and grounds crews.

-Oversee interments, property records, sales, and compliance with regulations.

-Administer and manage perpetual care funds responsibly and accurately.

-Supervise monument installations and ensure quality standards.

-Oversee landscaping and beautification projects across cemetery grounds.

-Maintain budgets, records, and vendor relationships efficiently.

-Ensure compassionate service and professionalism in all family interactions.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of cemetery or memorial park management experience.

-Strong leadership and organizational skills.

-Knowledge of monument installation and perpetual care fund management.

-Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

-Proficient with cemetery management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Starting salary: $100,000 based on experience
