Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human physiology, body mechanics, and program design to help clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide personalized training sessions, conduct assessments, and create tailored fitness programs that cater to individual needs. You will also have the opportunity to lead group fitness classes and contribute to a positive gym environment. Duties

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and establish goals.
• Design and implement personalized training programs based on clients' needs and abilities.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Lead group fitness classes that motivate and engage participants.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs as necessary to optimize results.
• Educate clients on nutrition, health, and wellness topics to support their overall fitness journey.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere within the gym or health club.
• Promote personal training services through effective sales techniques and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
• Experience in personal training or sports coaching is preferred.
• Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
• Background in group fitness instruction or teaching physical education is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively.
• Sales experience within the health club or gym environment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in personal training or group fitness are required.
