This role is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed urgently at a Level III tertiary healthcare facility in Minnesota, offering high hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and paid orientation. The position involves collaborating within a care team model, supporting anesthesia procedures for patients aged 12 and older, with no OB or certain regional anesthesia responsibilities. Candidates must have relevant licensure, experience, and must reside over 50 miles from the facility, making this a long-term, well-supported locum tenens opportunity.

Pay Rate:
New CRNAs: $240/hr (eligible for $10/hr raise after 6 months)
Previous Abbott CRNAs: Start at $250/hr
Standard Rate: $220+/hr
Start Date: ASAP Urgent need
Shifts: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours
Schedule: Minimum 2 weeks/month & 36 hrs/week
Optional call: Weeknights or Saturdays (not required)
Paid 2-day orientation

MN RN & CRNA license required (MN is not compact)
