Location : Las Vegas, Nevada Compensation : Open based on experience with Bonus and Equity Plan We have built a fully automated, aseptic sterile injectable facility (fill-to-finish, packaging, visual inspection, labeling, serialization) and are six months from commercial production of CDMO and 503B compounded drugs. To scale rapidly, we need a commercially driven operator — someone who can run the plant AND build the business. The Role – You Will Build Both the Operation and the Business We’re hiring a COO / CEO who can : Commercial & Growth Leadership (Top Priority) Develop and execute our go-to-market and client acquisition strategy (hospital systems, clinics, wholesalers, GPOs, specialty providers, CDMO clients, clinical research partnerships). Leverage industry relationships to secure early commercial contracts and accelerate revenue within months, not years. Evaluate and prioritize high-margin product lines, guide pricing strategy, and shape commercial roadmap. Work directly on commercial partnerships, RFPs, distribution channels, and national scaling. Make fast, strategic decisions to hit revenue milestones and reach profitability efficiently. Operational Leadership Lead all sterile injectable manufacturing operations (aseptic, cGMP, 503B). Drive Operations 4.0 : automation, robotics, MES / LIMS, data-driven decision making. Own production planning, budgets, capacity modeling, KPI dashboards, and operational excellence. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing technical and manufacturing organization. Ensure full FDA / EMA compliance, quality systems maturity, inspection readiness, and reliable batch release. Translate market needs into operational priorities that maximize ROI and speed to market. Strategic Company-Building Help shape the long-term business plan, capital strategy, and expansion roadmap. Act as a key member of the exec team — a true partner in growing a national sterile injectable platform. Step in as acting CEO when needed; this is a role for someone with company-building DNA. Who We’re Looking For We are open to three candidate profiles, as long as they bring commercial grit + operational depth : 1. Experienced COO / CEO in CDMO / 503B Pharmaceuticals Has run a facility or business unit. Strong commercial instincts and industry relationships. Can scale from $0 → $20M+ quickly. Facility is capable of 150-200 million revenue with the one installed full line. Facility is expandable to 4 lines. 2. Site Head / Head of Manufacturing Ready for the Next Step Deep sterile injectable + cGMP expertise. Wanting a broader commercial + executive role. Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive throughput. 3. Entrepreneurial Operator Someone who has helped launch, scale, or turn around a manufacturing or pharma operation. Not afraid of ambiguity, fast decisions, or building processes from scratch.
