Responsibilities

  • Completing recruitment training and successfully showing proficiency in understanding and performing recruitment processes and standards.
  • Taking on Recruitment Associate responsibilities and expectations when the company requires.
  • Prospecting, vetting, and generating new clients.
  • Adhering to SOP’s, process, and outreach tailored to our brand.
  • Punctually attending Search Parameter meetings with onboarding clients and delivery team.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating client profiles in our ATS or CRM in a regular and timely fashion.
  • Utilizing market research in various territories, national cities or regions in the US to present new expansion campaigns that are strategic and process driven.
  • Regularly attending and contributing to internal team meetings while collaborating with recruitment associates and ownership on a daily or as needed basis.
  • Attending industry events, maintaining a working knowledge of hospitality and F&B trends, and consistently networking within the hospitality and F&B sector.
  • Performing volume based outreach and continuously building and nurturing a bench of clients from a variety of sources. This can include: cold calling, email outreach, email blasts, texting, visiting etc.
  • Developing alternative strategies if required.
  • Creating and pitching marketing ideas in conjunctions with campaigns.
  • Regularly presenting and updating ownership on clear data and numbers driven weekly progress and efforts while completing all KPI’s and reaching company standards of success without fail.
  • Completing ongoing recruitment, sales, DE&I, hospitality, and unconscious bias training as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods, for over 75% of the workday.
  • Occasionally required to move throughout the office environment to access files, office equipment, or other work-related materials.
  • Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment, such as a keyboard, mouse, and cell phone.
  • Must be able to verbally and non-verbally communicate clearly and effectively to exchange information with colleagues, clients, and others in the English language, including the ability to perceive and convey information accurately.
  • Must assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Must perform repeated motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must occasionally move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.
  • Must occasionally commute to offsite industry events potentially once a week, and clearly and effectively exchange information verbally and non-verbally with others in the English language.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the office daily during training and 2x a week thereafter.
  • 2+ years experience as a business development associate, sales associate, or client relationship associate in a recruitment agency.
  • Ability to present clear numerical data in regards to history of revenue generation and sales achievements.
  • 1+ year of previous experience working in the hospitality or F&B field with a continued interest in and working knowledge of the business.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and natural inclination to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Emotionally intelligent, diplomatic, systematic, and patient.
  • Interest in equitable hiring practices and the DE&I field.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other sales and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator etc.
  • Fluency in Google suite, Microsoft suite, etc.
  • Strong formal written and verbal communication skills.
