Key Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation: Accurately manage and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collection Communications: Reach out to clients through phone, email, and fax to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service while addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid analytical skills with experience using computer systems for data management and communication.
• Education & Experience: An Associate Degree and at least 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
