Commercial Lines Account Marketing Executive (Austin, TX | Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Commercial Lines professional ready to elevate your career with a fast-growing, client-focused insurance agency? We're seeking a Commercial Lines Marketing Account Executive to join our client's Austin, TX office.

In this dynamic role, you'll partner closely with producers and clients to design risk management programs, lead renewal strategies, and deliver top-tier service with confidence and independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage strong client relationships through direct service and strategic account planning
• Designs client insurance and risk management plans as assigned and directed by Agency management.
• Provides clients with Insurance Coverage Review and reviews methods of handling risks.
• Assists in the development of strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
• Processes and follows up on all requests involving carriers or clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional results
• Travel throughout the region to maintain and grow client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with 1–3 years managing your own book
• Strong communication, analytical, and client service skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using agency management systems
• Bonus points for professional designations like CIC, CRM, or CPCU
