Overview Now Hiring: IT Field Technician - Mt. Pleasant, SC Pay: $22/hr | Start Date: November (Several Orientation Dates - Based on Fill Dates) | Interviewing ASAP Contract Duration: 4 months (November-March) On-site hospital setting requires up-to-date vaccinations, employer medical screen, drug test and background check. What You'll Do Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts. Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software. Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops. Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution. Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings. Provide basic tech training to end users. Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation. Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown. What You Bring Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting. Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site. Location Mt. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
