Job Description
The construction manager supervises and performs construction duties on a daily basis on commercial construction sites. Supervise employees and job site personnel to complete the scope of work assigned. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned jobs timely and safely.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and be located 40-45 minutes from the shop located in Manchester NJ. Good communication skills. Must be professional. Must have Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License and be able to work in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Must be able to accommodate out of town travel if needed. Must be highly organized and be able to effectively fill out required paperwork, take pictures and report daily Close out Packages.
