Location: East Palo Alto (Next to the Four Seasons & IKEA)

Worksite: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000

As a Customer-Facing Solutions Architect , youll be the bridge between Blazels clients and our AI-powered automation ecosystem. Youll help clients connect their tools, workflows, and communications transforming raw data into content-ready insights that fuel storytelling and growth.

This hybrid role blends client strategy , systems integration , and technical automation . Youll work directly with clients to map their workflows, set up integrations, and configure automations across platforms like HubSpot and n8n , creating a seamless experience from onboarding to content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding , guiding new customers through setup and integration.
• Design and implement automated workflows across tools like HubSpot, n8n, Google Drive, Slack, and CRMs.
• Create data pipelines and API connections that enable Blazel to mine client workflows for social media insights.
• Translate complex technical processes into clear, client-friendly explanations .
• Support social media and content strategy by integrating systems that generate data-driven storytelling opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to improve automation scalability and reliability.
• Monitor client success, ensuring smooth ongoing collaboration and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM workflow automation, data structuring, and integrations.
• Handson experience with n8n or similar platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs , webhooks , and data flow between systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain tech clearly to nontechnical clients.
• A proactive, problemsolving mindset comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools , marketing automation , or PR tech .
• Understanding of data privacy and secure integration practices .
