Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will focus on organizing, analyzing, and transforming large datasets to provide meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and be able to efficiently manipulate raw data using advanced Excel techniques. Responsibilities: - Analyze and organize raw data into structured formats for reporting purposes. - Perform advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and pivot tables to extract and evaluate data. - Adjust journal entries based on data insights and provide recommendations for write-offs when necessary. - Filter and refine large datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Create detailed reports and summaries using organized data. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data parameters and reporting requirements. - Identify trends and patterns within datasets to support decision-making. - Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large data sets. - Maintain and update datasets to reflect current information. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and COUNTIF. - Strong ability to work with large datasets, preferably 10,000 rows or more. - Experience in creating and adjusting journal entries based on data evaluations. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools. - Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
