We are seeking reliable and motivated Independent Contract Route Drivers to join our delivery network. As a contract driver, you will use your own Sprinter, Cargo, or Commercial Van to deliver packages and goods along assigned routes. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling, steady routes, and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to timely deliveries. You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering products safely and efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver packages to customers along designated routes.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle condition to ensure reliability and safety.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss.

Requirements:

• Must own or lease a Sprinter, Cargo, or Commercial Van in good working condition.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent loading/unloading.
• Smartphone with data plan (for route navigation and delivery tracking).
• Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Pay: Competitive per-route or per-stop rates (based on experience and route volume)
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time routes available (weekday and weekend options)
• Routes: Local and regional delivery areas
