Whether it's writing captions, editing short videos, or jumping into brainstorms, you're eager to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. If you're the type who scrolls with purpose and thinks in memes, we want you on our team. Responsibilities include assisting in creating and scheduling daily social media content, monitoring trends and flagging emerging topics for engagement opportunities, editing short-form video clips for use across platforms, writing captions and helping craft engaging copy tailored to different audiences, organizing and updating content libraries and asset folders, supporting live coverage of events or show tapings, and participating in weekly content brainstorms and team meetings. Qualifications include being currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, etc.), deep familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X), basic experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite a plus), strong written communication and copywriting skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects, interest in pop culture, music, entertainment, and digital trends. Bonus points for experience with video editing, meme culture, or social scheduling platforms. Work experience in media field is a plus. Education requirements include full-time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four-year college with a minimum 3.2 GPA, media field of study a plus, e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, and college/university transcript.
