Digital Content Manager Our Life Science Connect Digital Content Team plays a pivotal role in connecting our clients and our readers. The Digital Content Managers (DCMs) are responsible for the production and optimization of content for an assigned set of customers. In addition, the DCMs manage the promotion of client content in our regular and custom newsletters. To provide the highest level of support to our ever growing list of clients, we need to add Digital Content Managers (DCMs) to our team in Cranberry, PA. Essential Job Duties Client Administration and Communications: Build and maintain relationships with client contacts for the collection and administration of the client's Audience Access programs Assist the Business Development team with the client onboarding process, gathering company information and content Ensure client Audience Access programs start on-time operate without issue throughout Explain production procedures and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders Help Business Development Reps identify accounts that are in need of varied or new content Client Content Posting and Optimization: Populate email newsletters monthly to ensure clients receive Audience Access inclusions. May include working directly with clients by setting deadlines and collecting specific content. Align content to themed newsletter sends through the mapping of content across the upcoming month. Collaborate with the editorial team to identify timely and applicable editorial content. Help Business Development Reps select and schedule content for quarterly Sourcing Center newsletters and other special edition themed or product newsletters. Edit and optimize all content titles and summaries within general and custom newsletters for formatting, spacing, and reader engagement. Create subject lines, pre-headers, and newsletter titles for a variety of newsletter types. Write and optimize unique emails as part of lead nurturing or ABM campaigns. May include web page introductions, newsletter introductions/footers, or full messaging from site partnership teams or individuals related to content themes, portfolios, or individual content pieces. Project Management and reporting as needed Required Experience / Skills Bachelor's degree (Equivalent work experience will be considered in place of degree) 3-5 years of work experience in a content production or customer service role Excellent communicator - written and verbal Good proofreading and copy-editing skills 1-3 years of experience with HTML, extremely comfortable with web and social media Basic understand of Google search rankings High attention to detail Capable working alone or within a small team Preferred Experience / Skills Technical background in communications or life sciences Prior SEO training and experience Knowledge of SEO copy writing Experience writing original copy for the web Benefits Medical/vision/prescription/dental coverage for you and your family 100% company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance 100% company-paid life insurance 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6% 15 vacation days and 6 personal days on day 1 13 company-paid holidays Life Science Connect
