About the RoleAs Director, Creative Design you will set short term and long term brand vision to deliver divisional goals. You will lead proprietary brand product design and creative direction by delivering trend and product relevance. You will lead end-to-end responsibility for proprietary brand creative and strategic direction to meet business and enterprise objectives. You will lead brand and product strategies to be relevant to our target customer and to grow our market share and long term value. You will lead teams through complex and ambiguous environments. You will inspire and engage a team focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent.
