That's where you come in.As our **Director of Data and Information Systems**, you'll report to our VP of Marketing as well as a team of volunteer advisors that will include a fractional Director of Data Management. You'll bring strong technical expertise to build and maintain the infrastructure that makes our data useful, cleaning and structuring it, running analyses, and powering projects that help us make smarter, faster decisions.This is a hands-on technical role that requires someone confident in designing pipelines, updating systems, and turning raw information into actionable insights.This role is perfect for a hungry, growth-minded data engineer who wants to use their technical skills to make an eternal impact while developing their career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.**Roles and Responsibilities**### Build Our Data Infrastructure* Design, build, and maintain scalable data lakes and pipelines to collect, process, and store data from multiple sources (CRM, web and app properties, community platforms, event systems, etc.)* Implement processes to transform raw data into actionable insights for leadership and brand teams* Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all systems### Report and Analyze Insights* Build automated reporting dashboards and analytics tools to track community engagement, event participation, and impact metrics* Create data models that enable the team to understand donor behavior, investment patterns, and community growth* Develop real-time monitoring systems for key business and mission metrics### Automate and Integrate* Integrate data from various platforms including CRMs, email marketing tools, event management systems, and financial tracking platforms* Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors* Leverage current APIs and build new data connections to support seamless information flow between systems### Measure Kingdom Impact* Develop systems to track and measure the impact of our brands, communities and collaborative giving fund initiatives* Create data frameworks that help demonstrate Kingdom impact to our community and stakeholders* Support the team in telling compelling data-driven stories about our collective impact### Collaboration & Support* Work closely with operations, marketing, and key brand teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions* Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership* Document data processes and train team members on data tools and best practices**Success Profile** To be effective in this role, you must be:* **MATURE IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH** and passionate to make a difference* **MISSION DRIVEN** - As a core advocate for the Faith Driven mission, you recognize the transforming potential of faith-driven entrepreneurs, students and investors and are passionate about helping them align their resources with their beliefs* **DETAILED AND ADAPTABLE** - Find joy in managing details, including organizing data systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-team information needs, while also recognizing that priorities can shift quickly as new projects, requests, or technical challenges arise. We move at a fast pace and want to keep that entrepreneurial edge**Location** We are a remote team of 45+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are largely in the US.
