SND is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing produce orders, with a focus on quality and efficiency. You’ll also assist with loading trucks, maintaining a clean warehouse, and handling specialized or bulk orders.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and stage customer orders, including those requiring special handling or bulk/palletized items

• Load delivery trucks according to assigned routes

• Repack and recondition products to meet customer specifications

• Manage printed labels and add-ons for each route with precision

• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse

• Restock product and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy

• Clean and maintain warehouse areas by sweeping, removing debris, and organizing boxes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order selection role

• Ability to count and assemble large produce orders (up to 300+ pieces)

• Strong memory for numbers and product identification

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  REQUIRED: must be able to operate a motorized ride-on pallet jack.
