Successful Recruiter Traits

• Display the ability to use cold calling, social media, networking, etc. in order to find the strongest and most-qualified individuals
• Must be able to stay organized and structured to manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks as it relates to managing the candidates in your network
• Show the aptitude to connect how candidates could be a fit for one of our clients, even if there is no immediate position available
• Must be professional and courteous at all times
• Treat all candidates with the same level of service no matter if we have an opening for them or not
