Events Coordinator (Volunteer) — Indianapolis-Based Summits

Location: Indianapolis, IN (in-person event planning)

Compensation: Volunteer position with future stewardship-based profit sharing

Organization: Kingdom Industry Transformation (KIT) Initiative

Start Date: August 2025

First Major Event: Faith-Driven HR Summit – November 7–9, 2025

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Events Coordinator to help us organize and host transformational summits in Indianapolis—starting with our inaugural Faith-Driven HR Summit this November . This is a volunteer role for someone excited to be part of an early-stage movement where excellence, creativity, and kingdom alignment shape every decision.

You’ll work alongside a team of visionary leaders to plan hospitality-rich gatherings that spark community, elevate biblical business principles , and create lifelong memories for professionals from every industry.

Your Contribution Will Include:
  • Planning and managing logistics for in-person KIT summits
  • Coordinating venues, lodging, meals, materials, and hospitality details
  • Collaborating with functional and industry community leaders to shape event flow
  • Creating atmospheres of belonging, excellence, and spiritual openness
  • Supporting follow-up systems to deepen long-term relationships

Compensation & Stewardship
