HIRING: Executive Assistant | Right-Hand Person for My Business Portfolio

Looking for an proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with me across multiple businesses. This role is for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and creative problem-solving.

Youll handle day-to-day operational support, planning, client communication, calendar management, project coordination, invoicing, and reporting. Youll also help manage admin tasks across brands (marketing, property management, events, etc.) while ensuring leadership stays focused on high-level priorities.

Must be based in DFW or Austin area. The role is hybrid in-house/remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents

Qualifications

• Experience as executive assistant or manager
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Apple products
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
