Join our dynamic Commercial Property Team as an Experienced Construction Legal Consultant, bringing over 8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to support a variety of exciting projects on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for solicitors with a robust background in non-contentious construction matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on standard form and customized construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate collateral warranties, third party rights schedules, and letters of reliance for commercial property developments.
• Prepare and negotiate professional appointments for design and consultancy teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Deliver strategic legal counsel at all stages of projects, from procurement to completion, ensuring clients are well-informed and prepared.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in commercial property and corporate sectors to address construction risk and perform due diligence.
• Support transactional endeavors, including development agreements and sale and purchase transactions, with a focus on construction-related matters.
• Manage client relationships to offer practical and commercially viable solutions.
