Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Position Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead a talented marketing team of five, driving the execution of innovative strategies and processes that elevate our brand and fuel business growth. You will be empowered to shape the future of our marketing function, champion creative solutions, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Organize team workflows and prioritize impactful projects
• Maintain and evolve the marketing functional plan; deliver quarterly reviews to leadership
• Research, develop, and optimize marketing processes to meet dynamic business needs
• Oversee promotional material management systems
• Design and manage engaging websites to maximize lead generation
• Lead tradeshow strategy and coordinate logistics with sales and business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related, required.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, required, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Design Portfolio, required
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms 
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy
• Strong technical copywriting skills
• Exceptional communication and professional presence
• Proven ability to establish and refine marketing processes
