What You'll Do: Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure timely and accurate service Help lead by example and support service advisors as needed Play a key role in helping the department meet and exceed performance goals Help coordinate Pick up and Delivery, Mobile repairs and repairs in our shop What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred) A passion for delivering top-tier customer service Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a winning team
