This position can be filled from anywhere in the country, but preferred CGI office locations are Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Minneapolis, MN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a leading-edge client lifecycle management (CLM) platform using the Fenergo FenX framework. The candidate will join a collaborative, Agile-based team that values continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence. Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Configure the Fenergo FenX platform based on business requirements
  • Develop and customize rules, workflows, forms, and UI components within FenX
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional specifications into technical configurations
  • Participate in solution design, impact analysis, and testing activities
  • Provide support for defect resolution, change requests, and system enhancements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Fenergo implementations, with strong expertise in FenX (v10 or above)
  • Hands-on experience configuring workflows, data models, UI components, and rules engine within FenX
  • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and JSON used within the FenX framework
  • Understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes in banking
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile delivery environments

Desired skills:

  • Experience with RESTful API integration
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, GIT, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
