Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist


Location: Van Nuys, CA

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling product packaging, labeling, inventory management, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply QR code stickers to products and packaging
• Open containers and handle packaging materials
• Print and label each unit according to account-specific requirements
• Generate and apply QR codes to product packaging
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing
• Receive and log incoming items
• Unload delivery trucks and verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Perform additional warehousing tasks as needed
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
