Fostered Collection is a children’s clothing brand rooted in purpose, creativity, and storytelling. We design thoughtfully made pieces for everyday childhood — playful, comfortable, and meaningful. Every detail matters, from our garments to our visuals to the way we show up online.

We are looking for a full-time creative to join our team and help bring the Fostered Collection brand to life across content, photography, and launches.

The Role

This is a hands-on, in-house creative role for someone with a strong visual eye and a love for brand building. You will work closely with the founders and act as a creative right hand — supporting content creation, photoshoots, and launches both locally and while traveling.

You do not need to know everything. We can teach tools and systems. What matters most is creativity, taste, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit Instagram & TikTok reels (filming + editing)
• Photograph flat lays and simple lifestyle content
• Design Instagram posts, stories, and graphics using Canva
• Upload products and assist with launches in Shopify
• Assist during brand photoshoots
• Capture behind-the-scenes and iPhone video during photoshoots
• Travel to different states and occasionally internationally to help assist photoshoots
• Help maintain visual consistency across all platforms
• Organize content and assist with creative planning
• Support new collection launches from a creative standpoint

Who You Are

• You have a strong creative eye and natural sense of aesthetics
• You enjoy creating visual content and storytelling
• You’re comfortable filming on an iPhone and editing content
• You have basic Canva or graphic design experience (or are eager to learn)
• You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• You’re flexible and comfortable with travel
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• You’re excited about fashion, lifestyle, and children’s brands

• Photography or flat-lay experience
• Lightroom or basic photo editing skills
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Experience assisting on photoshoots
• Experience creating content for a brand or personal account

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
