About the Greenville Drive

The Greenville Drive, the High-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, is committed to providing a first-class fan experience at Fluor Field while serving as a centerpiece of the Upstate South Carolina community. We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Full-Time Videography Intern for the 2026 season.

Position Overview

The Summer Videography Intern will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing video content that brings the Greenville Drive brand to life. From in-game highlights and behind-the-scenes features to promotional videos and sponsor activations, this intern will contribute directly to telling the story of Drive Baseball across digital, in-stadium, and community platforms. This position is full-time during the summer and offers hands-on professional experience in sports videography and production.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for social media, in-game entertainment, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture game action, player features, fan experiences, and community events.
• Produce highlight packages, promotional videos, and recap reels.
• Assist with live video needs on game days, including scoreboard and broadcast support.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative video projects.
• Organize and maintain the Drive's video archive and media library.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and in-stadium video boards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Film Production, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator strongly preferred.
• Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and related video equipment.
• Strong knowledge of video editing techniques and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the baseball schedule.
