Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of sales, service, finance, and administrative professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration. Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Customer Experience: Uphold and enhance Go Auto's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand reputation in the community.
• Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales performance and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience: Experience building and retaining high-performing teams in the automotive industry. Current experience as a GSM or GM in a dealership is required.
• Financial Acumen: Robust business acumen and strategic prowess to lead the company towards prosperity, setting a track record of sustainable growth.
