Healthcare Senior Project Manager (Remote) Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona, serving individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Senior Project Manager oversees a portfolio of strategic project initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget and scope; managing individual project cycles; developing charters; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; monitoring progress; and preparing status reports for upper management. The role ensures all deliverables align with the organization’s strategic plan and coordinate with other departments to maintain mission alignment. Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Health, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of direct relevant experience required. Experience with Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, LucidChart, Visio, Office 365 preferred. Five (5) years of healthcare‑related experience strongly preferred, or fifteen (15) or more years of equivalent combined experience. Valid identification required. PMI Project Management certification (PMP) required. Six Sigma/Lean Practitioner certification required. Agile and/or SAFe Agile certification or experience preferred.
