As a Holiday Travel Agent, you'll help clients plan, book, and enjoy their dream trips while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals and preferences.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and holiday packages.
• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and activities.
• Ensure all bookings and client details are accurate and organized.
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions.

Qualifications:

• A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using online tools and travel platforms (training provided).
• Previous travel industry or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
