Summary: The Lobby Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards. Responsibilities: Greet and interact with guests courteously. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision. Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Set up bar area prior to opening the bar, including liquor, ice, etc. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Responsible for knowledge of laws regarding age requirements, responsible alcohol service guidelines, etc. Maintains Responsible Vendors training status and attends all mandatory meetings. Monitors guest's drinking habits to prevent abusive consumption of alcohol. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications: Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
