As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure technologies. This role involves working across virtualization, storage, backups, Active Directory, messaging systems, and automation tools to ensure robust and secure operations. You will provide Tier 3 support, develop architecture and implementation plans, and create documentation and SOPs to enhance team efficiency. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including AI integration and infrastructure automation, in a collaborative environment that values best practices, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. You will also support cross-functional teams, vendor evaluations, and the implementation of security and capacity plans to maintain high-quality IT operations.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as a technical resource and provide Tier 3 support as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system administration for assigned infrastructure technologies.
• Create and maintain SOPs, QRGs, and documentation for systems architecture, identity management, and security processes.
• Support the development of architecture, implementation plans, and technical proposals to enhance IT capacity and capabilities.
• Implement best practice security measures to protect corporate data and systems.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, automation initiatives, and adoption of AI and infrastructure automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training to IT staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering, including core infrastructure design, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure foundations.
• Hands-on experience with SAML/OpenID Connect, DNS/DHCP, encryption solutions, and identity security policies.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation technologies such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Experience with monitoring, automation scripting, deployment, and system maintenance methodologies.
• Relevant certifications preferred: ITIL Intermediate v3, MSCE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Storage+.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of organizational dynamics and business processes to support sound decision-making.
