Internship - Human Resources

As an HR Intern, your primary focus will be on the essential administrative tasks that optimize our processes and systems. You'll play a key role in removing administrative friction so we can serve our internal customers more effectively. Every project you take on will strengthen your understanding of how operational excellence in HR impacts an entire organization and give you tools you'll carry into your future career.

We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.

What You'll Do

• Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
• Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.

Role Conditions

• Normal office environment and noise levels. Average lift less than 10 lbs.
