Title : Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities :

• Leading and managing the execution of live transactions across various industries, including debt placements, refinancings, and leveraged finance deals.
• Coordinating and overseeing due diligence processes, including the preparation and review of marketing materials, financial models, and client presentations.
• Working closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership to develop strategic financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Supporting origination efforts by preparing pitch materials and conducting market and industry research.
• Mentoring and managing Analysts and Interns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking within Debt Capital Markets
• Experience at a bank or advisory firm that does not rely on a balance sheet for lending is highly preferred.
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
