Job Title

Billing Specialist

We are seeking a billing specialist to join our client's team! This role requires experience with attorney billing.

Responsibilities:

1. Submit electronic invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with all client and firm guidelines.
2. Track the status of electronic invoices from submission to settlement.
3. Maintain profiles of all ebilling vendors used for invoice submissions.
4. Update and manage the e-billing system with current status, issues, and resolutions.
5. Coordinate with finance, fee earners, legal assistants, and clients on ebilling matters.
6. Set up and update ebilling vendor sites with accurate details for new matters, timekeepers, budgets, and rates.
7. Prepare and update ebilling manuals and guides.
8. Generate status reports and reconcile data sources as needed.
9. Perform any other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with billing in a law practice setting.
