About the Role:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through live chat and email to provide assistance, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them find answers, troubleshoot problems, and navigate our products or services efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, order tracking, and account questions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (live chat experience preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers, web-based tools, and CRM software.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work flexible shifts (weekends or evenings may be required).
