Our client, a leading transportation organization, is seeking a Loader to join their team. As a Loader, you will be part of the operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Loader
Location: Gaffney, SC
Pay Range: $16.50/hour
Shift: M-F 7am-3pm
What's the Job?
Loading shipments onto shipping trucks efficiently and safely
Bundling packages prior to loading to ensure secure transport
Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks for the loading of individual packages
Unloading incoming shipments from trucks and transporting items to the warehouse
What's Needed?
6+ months' experience with shipping and receiving - forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good physical stamina and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
