Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials and products, ensuring that all items are handled safely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a strong understanding of materials handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products by hand and will have a partner to help
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
• Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and order processing.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on materials handling and shipping & receiving.
• Ability to lift heavy loads consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations (OSHA compliance).
