Pay and Benefits
Pay Range = $30.60-$40.88 based on mechanical and electrical skills plus experience.

1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. a day and over 40 a week
1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday
1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays
PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.
Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.

Responsibilities
This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Nampa Idaho.
This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.
All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills.
Basic Qualifications
2+ Years experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery required.
A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
The production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change. Current opening is on graveyard, 11pm-7am with a Sunday night start up.
Be Authorized to work in the US.
Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
