Description The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. The Rochester Athletic Club is seeking socially-driven associates to assist members and the general public with food and beverage purchases. Successful candidates are at least 16 years old and exhibit a pleasant, helpful attitude as well as positive body language that enhances each interaction with members and guests Market staff is need from 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM. There are variety of shifts within that specific timeframe. You are at least 16 years of age. You have a "how can I help you" attitude. You are socially-focused with specific attention spent on building and maintaining relationships. You have a sincere appreciation for people. You adhere to established guidelines and procedures. You lead by example and enjoy a team environment. You are attentive to details that with training are handled quickly, correctly and efficiently. You like to be helpful and make sound and thoughtful decisions. Requirements Smiling and remaining optimistic as well as focused throughout entire working shift. Helping customers and working as a RAC team member. Displaying positive verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Learning to correctly handle register transactions including point of sale, processing cash, charging and use of gift or PERKVILLE points. Keeping The Market space tidy and clean including tables, counters, display cases and coolers clean. Learning to prepare beverages ie coffee, smoothies as needed. Understanding and following all health code regulations. Complying with RAC policies, values, and guidelines as well as making sure others do as well. Acting as a knowledgeable and accurate resource for answering customer questions. Rochester Athletic Club
