About the Role:

As an Account Executive , you’ll work directly with the ownership team to serve as a strategic partner to our clients. You’ll lead projects, collaborate with creatives, and deliver innovative advertising solutions that align with client goals . This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and outstanding growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling campaigns across media
• Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports
• Help lead internal marketing efforts, driving the agency’s visibility and growth

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or account management (a combination of B2B and B2C background in advertising) within Furniture or retail is highly desired.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients and growing accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and AdWords
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Bonus Skills:

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
• Passion for brand-building and creative storytelling
